The major problems with the idea of a god-
Why does a god need to create lower beings?
If he does so, why have them worship him if he is Omnipotent?
What was god so busy doing before he created the universe?
Who created god? The idea folds on itself.
Why does god want us to behave a certain way? What does he gain?
Why is there evil allowed with an all knowing god?
Why did god give us the ability to choose and then punish us for using the second option?
All of these questions can be phrased differently to become observations about the idea.
All in all, it makes no sense to have a perfect god at the head of such an imperfect universe.
Hello, I don’t believe in god because there is no evidence to show that I should. Especially an intervening god, one that cares about human affairs and designed the world for us to rant and rave about whether he exists or not and then throw those that don’t think he does into hell because they, at least, have the audacity to stand up for what they truly believe and not lie to themselves and accept the gospel on blind faith.
Well, I don’t have a scientific reason why I don’t believe in God, though I do believe in evolution. I actually consider myself to be fairly spiritual. The main reasons I don’t believe are:
1) This universe (who knows if theirs others) is huge. You can’t even fathom how big. But supposedly God stays here and looks after us. I, myself, believe that there has to be life elsewhere, and based on that, God would have to be in those places also. I just think it’s to big for one being to make.
2) This is why I don’t believe in the Christian God, and any others, they are all in the human form, supposedly, and they all have a gender. If there was something so powerful, I believe it would be above all shape and gender. If it really is like a parental figure, it can’t show preferences, right? It can’t say it loves this, but not as much as this.
3) The bible. I just can’t believe it. I’m sorry, but I can’t. It’s mainly the Adam and Eve thing. I’m sorry I can’t do that. It’s just, too far fetched, even for me, the person who believes in all sorts of mythical things.
Ok, so here’s the coincidence, alright? Men, as they had been for thousands of years, we in control at the time whatever religion was created, like Christianity. They thought they were better, we all know this, correct? Some men, not all certainly, still think this way. Now, if you think you are better and you’re are starting a religion, what will the God look like? It will look like the maker, because at the time, men were all powerful and better and whatnot. This is also the reason why it’s Eve’s fault, because of course, Adam, being a man, being made first, can do no wrong.
I am sorry for all this, but I’m just answering a question. I would never try to convert a person otherwise. If you want to believe in God, I’m fine with that. Do whatever will make you happiest.
Deep down past the ground, christians believe there is hell, where satan lives and blah blah blah. Science has proven that there is a core and a mantle.
All the way high up in the sky, christians believe there is heaven. Have you ever flown in an airplane and saw just a bunch of clouds, but no angels? Yeah, that’s what it’s like.

There is not one single mention of Jesus in the entire Roman record – that is right – not one!!! At the same time as he was supposed to have been around there were a number of Jews claiming to be the messiah – all of whom are well recorded!!
There is not a single contemporary record from any source and even the bible mentions of him like all other references were not written until many years after his supposed death!!

Pilot is recorded in the Roman record as a somewhat lack luster man but no mention of a Jesus, a trial or crucifixion that would surely have been used to make him look brighter!!
At best he was an amalgam of those others!!
The Roman Emperor Constantine produced the bible and he was a pagan not god!!! He also organized Christianity into the Holly Roman Catholic Church!! Not in Israel or any of the countries of supposed origin but entirely ITALIAN!!
Not one word of it is contemporary with the period and was not written until many years after the period the story is set in!! How did the apostles write their books long after they were dead?

If you claim God exists, the burden of proof is on you, if you can’t prove he exists, then he doesn’t.
